Emporio Reforma

The hotel is located in a great part of town mid point from several of the must see locations while visiting CD MX. The bell service and house keeping staff are phenomenal! They were able to provide excellent service and suggestions for the first time visitor.

Characterful and elegant, a refreshing change from typical chain hotel style buildings. Good hot water and (barely adequate) airconditioning in the bedroom.

Beautiful old hotel. Room was very comfortable and air conditioned. The staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Food in downstairs cafe bar was excellent and good value. There is a buffet restaurant but I only used for breakfast. Great location, walking distance from most attractions ( if you don't mind a 20 min walk?

The location is top class and the lobby is really beautiful. The staff, particularly the porters, are very helpful.

The property and facilities were very clean and smelled great throughout the hotel; the staff very polite, friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi-style bath tub was a nice plus.
